Good location close to the beach made it easy to get to key attractions. The staff was great and lovely all the time. We got a room with a bathtub.

The rooms were brand-new and extremely spacious, had shower facilities and bath sheets in the bathroom. The bed was comfy & the staff was pleasant. The location offered was good and absolutely perfect next to shops. And there was Antalya with short-orders a short walk from the venue, super convenient...

The family room provided ample space for four, giving us enough comfort after a long day. The local attractions were nearby, easy to explore after check-in.

I encountered several issues . The kettle emitted a strong, unpleasant smell, and the water inside was yellow. The bathroom was missing basic amenities like a bin and hairdryer, and I found some sticky residue in the room. Noise from other guests was irritating, disrupting our sleep. The bed sheets had stains and the cleanliness overall could have used a significant boost.

My family and I chose to stay here for a short trip to enjoy the nearby attractions like the Sandcastle Waterpark and the Pleasure Beach, both just a stroll away. What impressed me the most was the family room setup, which included triple bunk beds that my kids absolutely loved. The location was also fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and stores lined nearby, making it easy to grab meals after a day of fun.

Parking challenge, some cleanliness issues, noise from other guests, a bit basic.

The family room setup was fantastic with triple bunk beds that my kids loved, making it a hit for our family.

The place was super affordable and clean, just a short walk to the pier. The staff were really friendly. Loved that there was no curfew, so we could come back late without worrying. The family room was comfy for my husband, me, and our 4 kiddos. The netflix was a bonus! Definitely a great spot if ur looking for good value in blackpool!

The hotel was a bit basic and could use some better mattress. A little more seating downstairs to chill would be nice.

Cute Atmosphere and Great Family Room

Just returned from a lovely stay with my three kids! The family room was spacious, and we appreciated the setup with a kettle and plenty of coffee and tea. Madge was cute, checking in on us . The location was perfect, just a short walk to the pleasure beach. A clearer communication about breakfast options would have been appreciated.

The quadruple room was spacious enough for me and my three kids. The TV placement was perfect for movie nights after a long day, and there was a nice kettle setup with plenty of drinks. The room felt clean and fresh, a plus for us. Just a bit noisy at times with other guests, but it didn't ruin our stay.

I enjoyed the free coffee and tea available in the room, a nice touch after a long day out. Bring your own toiletries since they don't provide any.
